I was not familiar with roboform so in case anyone else doesn't know here is a description of roboform:
Roboform is the top-rated Password Manager and Web Form Filler that completely automates password entering and form filling. RoboForm was named PC Magazine Editor's Choice, and CNET Download.com's Software of the Year. RoboForm:
Memorizes your passwords and Logs You In automatically. Fills long registration and checkout forms with one click. Encrypts your passwords to achieve complete security. Generates random passwords that hackers cannot guess. Fights Phishing by filling passwords only on matching web sites. Defeats Keyloggers by not using keyboard to type passwords. Backs up your passwords, Copies them between computers. Synchronizes passwords between computers using GoodSync. Searches for keywords in your passwords, notes and Internet. Portable: RoboForm2Go runs from USB key, no install needed. PDA-friendly: sync your passwords to Pocket PC and Palm. Neutral: works with Internet Explorer, AOL/MSN, Firefox. IE 7 and Vista are now supported |

correct me if im wrong Yes, because most people have more than 10 websites that require login info (forums, online stores, emails, utility bills, credit cards, banks, etc.). If you use the same username/pw for every website you've got bigger problems if someone gets that info.
Roboform can generate a very strong password for you, save it and auto-login to the website. All you have to remember is one password for Roboform and it remembers the rest for you.
RF is one of the most useful apps I've ever used. It is worth every penny and even worth the trouble to get it for free. |

"Anyone know how long it takes to get the download link email?"
I also signed up for eBay on the checkoutfree link. It said it credits in "1 day" but I actually got my download link and license key within 2-3 hours.
Thanks OP. |

Got it! Just FYI, I signed up for napster trial offer. It offered instant confirmation and I was able to cancel the free napster trial within 5 min of receiving the email with roboform code. In all about 10 min of work for free roboform pro. Great Deal. |

This is actually affiliate marketing. Probably not even sponsored by Roboform. It looks extremely similar to those free ipod sites (sign up for offers and get a free ipod). |

That would be hilarious. They buy one copy, and make money off the signups and distribute the key to everyone who signs up. |

Well, it worked fine until I checked my account on checkoutfree. I seem to be getting a free copy of MakeYourOwnRingtones instead. Oh boy. With this run of luck I'll probably win my bid on eBay too. |

For some reason when i used the checkoutfree and got to the eBay registration I never got the confirmation email from eBay.
I also did the http://www.trialpay.com one and was able to get the registration conformation. I placed one bid on a harmony remote. My bid attempt of $7 was already outbid by the current bid but that was enough to get my Roboform code this morning.
Thanks OP. |

been using it for years since I got sick of Gator's increasing bloat and spyware.
Actually paid for it, but well worth $30....even better for free!Ditto. I think I paid $20 for it with a coupon but it's money well spent. And yes, I also put up with Gator for way too long. |

Worked like a charm for me. 1 (unsuccessful) bid, 4 hours, and I had my pro activation code. Now I can get rid of the "other" password utilities, that don't even come close!
Thanks, OP! |
