This is great OP. I signed up for Blockbuster via http://www.trialpay.com/stores/zonelabs/iss2?tid=6rGU1C1 for ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite Pro ($49.95) and used the FREE TRIAL coupon code freetrial0618m from this thread. Within minutes I got the ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite Pro license key with 4 week FREE TRIAL of Blockbuster Total Access. |

Still nothing, not a word from customer service, can't even get a password to check my status myself! WTF!! I did get a PM from someone who "says" he is the president of this company (I don't think I would admit that if I were him) he told me to write to CS again but so far, this has been a big waste of time for me. |

I signed up for Roboform through the eBay link, which is the original subject of this thread. |

It sounds like a lot of people had the same problem I did. Signed up Friday for free RoboForm with napster trial. No reg key by Monday so I searched site and found contact for as support at
customerservice@checkoutfree.com
Emailed from my email account with copy of response from napster and received instructions to validate RoboForm within a few hours. Was told I had been contacted within an hour from signing up and it probably went to spam folder (not according to AOL).
Good luck, don't forget to cancel trials. I almost did. |

My first attempt w/eBay (day of topic posting) didn't work. I tried again 3 days later, and that time got an almost immediate email from checkout free, and the following day received another. Obviously the system isn't foolproof and the first one went into the ether somewhere. |

Argh, this is really a pain. I signed up but did not get anything, so I signed up again and again. I think that they just lie when they say it will be "instant" delivery. Congrats to those who got it. I kept on signing up for it, trying different things each time. I figured after trying a bunch that maybe they just didn't allow more than once per person for each software title and that I didn't get the first one because I did something wrong. So, I tried it for a few other software titles and still nada. I just wasted a lot of time with this for nothing. Obvously it does work for some people but not others. Also, the computer I was using had a program that I think may have caused problems with their redirect script and I also had trouble with my paypal authorization - paypal said that it went though, but nothing seemed to happen after that. I really wanted to get one of these for free, but I guess I'll have a friend try from his computer. I just really hate to "abuse" this by signing up multiple times, but I'm trying to figure out why it's not working.
Oops, just checked the spam folder (I've never had a legit message I was expecting marked as spam so I didn't think to look), and sure enough there were a lot of emails about this. I did look right after I signed up, just in case it was filtered, but there was nothing so I never bothered to look in it again. Sorry about signing up so many times. After looking at the places that I signed up with, most don't even have a record of me signing up. I wish these places would send them immediatly when they say they will and I could have saved a lot of time and trouble. |

I've been using roboform for a couple years now, and have never encountered any malware related to it in that time. (or any at all for that matter). In my opinion it's a coincidence that you got a infestation around the same time you installed roboform. *shrug* |

Did you install anything else recently? Do you use firefox or another 3rd party browser? Gator, that old similar program, was filled with spyware, but I have been using roboform for years and it seems great to me. And to anyone having any computer problems, make sure to take sweetbutters advice and always buy a brand new computer to test things out before anything else. /sarcasm |

A couple others that I use myself are Virtual PC and VMWare. Edit: a bit off topic, but does anyone know of any other products that checkoutfree offers besides the 3 listed here? I had emailed them to ask, but they say that there will be a list on the website soon, but I don't really know how long "soon" is and I have a feeling that I'll miss it when it comes up if it ever does. I hate how they can't just give me a straight answer. |
