What is the offer number? I just did this exact deal on a form that ended 6/16. If this is a different offer number that I could do again that would be sweet!
P.S. Tostitos is on sale @ Target & they have $1 off coupons for bags of Frito Lay product. I should make about $1 on the deal I just sent in.
Could be a good deal in conjunction with the Genuardi's $25 gift card deal

I think dips are on sale for $2.49 each (normally $3.49) this week at Safeway and the sale ends tomorrow (Tuesday). Too bad this rebate doesn't include CA this time around. I think I did the same rebate as kvilledrummer and just sent my submission last week. By the way, Tostitos often go on sale for B1G1F ($3.49) at Safeway. So pick up the dips this week and wait for the B1G1F deal on the Tostitos when it comes around again and it should be $3.49 + (2)x $2.49 = $8.47 minus $8 rebate = $0.47!! If you can find those $1 coupons you can make money on the deal!! Although in the rebate I did, it mentioned to circle the purchase price of each qualifying item. Since I did the B1G1F, the price shows up as 0.00 on the item line of one of the chips. Hope that won't get my rebate rejected.

I'm in a state where a beer purchase requirement is allowed (Ohio). The same deal is here except its $10 and requires purchase of a 12 pack. I also did the earlier Tosito deal, but saw these which expire 7/8. I remember thinking didn't that deal expire in June? Well it DOES appear to be a different deal. The earlier one I did went to Budweiser Family Tostito Offer at PO Box 3888. This one goes to Tostitos Rebate Offer at PO Box 3082. So its time to replenish the Tostito cupboard.
I also recently spotted a $15 back on meat/pork/chicken/seafood ($15 purchase min) with purchase of a 12 pack and a bag of Kingsford coal, expires 7/31. There is usually a variant of all Bud offers in states that do not permit an alcohol purchase requirement.
Didn't get pm, but I only took one thinking I had maxed out already. I think I probably got it at Meijer or Kroger.

The $1 coupons are Target specific - off any Frito Lay product.
I can't link because I got them off $lickdeals & FW won't allow the link. Go there & search the coupon forum for "Target Coupon Generator" & you'll find the thread. Click on the index page & print out as many as you need.

I finally founhd this form today.. of course the purchase has to be made by June 16th. Which means that I can't partake. Let me know if anyone needs any, and I'll see what I can do. I think they also have to be mailed by mid-july.

You actually have the old form......there is a new one with the dates given by the OP. They appear to be different offer numbers so you can use both of them. I finally found the new form today at Lowes Foods after a week of scouring grocery stores as I went through.

Looks like Donedealzz PMed the OP first asking for the forms and the OP responded with a tade offer. Nothing wrong with a trade. The OP didn't PM you asking if you wanted to buy them, you solicited the OP.
