This is a new code. The old codes in the other forum didn't work for me but this one did. Got another month of free movies. Thanks OP.

I might get red for this; but oh well.
Each code works once per credit card/account. You can have multiple accounts at the same time, or just cancel and use the same code with a different account (you'll have to re-stock your queue). I had 6 months in a row of free trials, then i decided to go with the 5 out of a time program.

So, on your multiple accounts, did you have same snail mail address with different CC and email on each one or ?
I seem people are in the two coupons per month deal, was it even post in FW?

My prior account has not been active for about 6 months.

So Bezerker had 6 addresses and they're close to each other? It's not very convenient when he has to drive to one address to get the movies and coming back home to watch, gas is expensive now.

I used the same (old) address as the billing address and that did not work. I then used the new address (even though the CC would then be denied) but it still did not work.
It's pretty clear that _just_ using a different address and CC will not work. I'm guessing cookies are also being used as when I try new information and it recognizes that already had an account, it logs me back into my old account.

The easiest thing is to just add an apartment number to the address in "Line 2" or the "Apt" field. I think NetFlix got in trouble with this in a class action suit a while back....they were denying subscribers/trials to people of the same street address but different unit numbers.....like a college dorm or an office building, etc.

Clear your Cookies first ! In fact, You can use CrapCleaner (or something similar)before signing up. There is no way you can sign up for a new account while your computer is hell bent on logging you into your old account. You need to use some uncommon sense here.
Seems with this free trial you are signing up for $17.99 / month plan. Is it possible to change the plan (downgrade) after I sign up for this deal? e.g. change to $9.99/month plan?
I opened new account Sunday almost midnight, Monday they ship only 2 movies and today another 2: is there a glitch or just a mistake to ship 4 total? If I return these 4 instore I'll get 4 more there and there will be 4 on the mail?
ShakuniMama said: They are a bit slow but you get to exchange them in store. Yes, they ship next day of you returning them to the store.
Well, not exactly for me. I returned 1 movie Tuesday night at store, shown received at store on my account when I got home, but they didn't ship any right away. They waited until they received it on Thursday and then ship the next in queue. So there is 1 day delay for me, and the shiiping center is only 6 miles away from my house.

I have had the free trial for one month and have gone through a LOT of DVDs. Almost 20. At first, the turn around was very fast. After a couple of weeks, it started slowing down. I have to believe they are throttling me. Some movies I did keep for quite a while. Others, I returned almost immediately.

How many days do you have to return the dvd they mailed you after cancelling the accout ?
I just cancel today before 4 Pm to avoid charge (Next billing date is 7/4). I did not receive any email telling me how soon I have to give the DVDs back. I check my accout, It says N/A on my next billing date but my queue is not clear out. (I thought they will empty your queue once you cancel)
Can you still use the mailer to exchange DVD in the store after the account is canceled ?
Blockbuster gives you 1 month (NetFlix 1 week). You must have received the email--check your junk mail folder. Yes, you can still exchange it at the store. Queue is kept for six months in the hope that you will come back.

I did check my junk mail folder and there is nothing there, but they sent me emails everytime they ship a DVD or receive a DVD I returen.
I check my account at their web site again, under "Subscription Plan" It says "Re-Subscribe" and "Next Billing date" is listed "N/A"
I should be ok even they did not sent me email about my cancelling the account, right ??? It is strange that they did not send me email.

Thanks for the suggestion of the site. I did a search and that's when I discovered it was this NASTY program that just started deleting important windows function. What kind of 'internet cache' cleaner goes in and screws with your registry? It's caused me so much grief now I could hurt those developers. Do not promote a program that does damage like this as a simple cookie cleaner.
Thanks though again for this site. I really hate the thought of redoing my whole d*mn system because of this stupid little program.
Burgin said: What reason did you give for cancelling?
I marked three (price, not getting movies from top of queue and slow shipping). BB then asked for my primary reason and I selected slow turnaround/shipping.
