I have had a few BT headsets (even other Moto's), and liked them alot. Then I got the Motorola H700 with the Flip out boom mike like this one, and now I love them... Simple to use, great audio. I'm picking up two for the family...

And the great thing about Motorola, is they will fix or replace your BT without questions. My original H700 stopped taking a charge after a year, so I sent it in and about a week later, got a new one.

Just wanted to update the thread and let others know that I received my hs810 a few days ago. While it was packaged in a plastic bag and not the original packaging it was in excellent condition. As a matter of fact, I thought perhaps it was even new (minus the packaging) until I found a refurb stamp on this inside of the boom...other than this the bt looks new! Also, for some reason the refurb hs810 is working better on my treo 700 than my newer hs850!

OK, I got mine and have used it for a few days now. All I can say is this thing sucks. I can't move away more than 5 feet from my Pearl before it starts crackling like crazy.

I had previousl;y had a very old Nokia BT headset that did the same thing and never used that either. I figured this would be an upgrade, but this one sucks too! What gives!? Do these things just suck or is mine bad?
