SupplementWarehouse has a $5 off coupon until July 28th, code is "july28".
They have an "auto-price match" thing where you enter the site you found the price, enter the price, and then they take 5% off that price and verify it later. Go here and choose which flavor you want:
Then in price match box enter the site "http://www.allstarhealth.com" and the price "28.50" (they have only one flavor at that price (bannana = yuck), but Supplement Warehouse will still price match all the flavors).
Total cost for 5 lbs = 73 servings comes to about $27 + around $10 shipping - 5 coupon = around $32 shipped. Order two for $27*2 + about $12 shipping - 5 = around $61.
I have tried whey from several manufacturers and Optimum is my favorite by far. Double rich chocolate is my recommended flavor.
Supplement Warehouse is very legit, people have been ordering from them for years, just Google their name. I don't think you can get the 5.15 jugs for less than these guys since they price match everyone - 5%. The coupon basically makes shipping cost $5.

I went to order a 10lb bag of chocolate and prices are in the upper sixties now for it. I usually bought my stuff from DPSNutrition.com as they were always the cheapest. Go do a search and you will be knocked on your butt to find out how much they went up. They claim its the MFGR's and not the websites. If you do find one at $50ish PLEASE let me know because I am not spending upwards of $70 for protein...I'll just eat a lot of chicken...LOL
Not to change the subject, but does anyone know of any good deals on rice protein? I found out I was a lot more lactose intolerant than I had originally thought drinking whey protein...it wasn't pretty.

Look, I'm not threadcrapping. I drink this stuff DAILY, so I think other fellow members need to know when this isn't really all that hot (meaning there are BETTER deals RIGHT NOW!).
If I must research right now for you people, here goes:
The 20% coupon that is out right now: Code 9202 (Expires 7/25)
= HOT DEAL.
Add a few more items, and you got free shipping there too.
Again, I'm not saying this is a super cold deal, but face it, it really isn't that hot.
It would come out to around $101 shipped + tax in CA for 20 lbs. This is a good deal if you want to buy 20 lbs at once, less than that and Supplement Warehouse is the same or cheaper and better because there's more choice of flavors and jugs >>> bags.

I guess each to their own. As your deal is a good one, especially with the 20% off coupon, unless you can add roughly and extra $50 worth of stuff you are going to pay shipping AND tax. Now, if you are already buying other items then its a good deal. But I don't need anything else now but 1 10lb bag so your deal isn't that great for me. I guess its a YMMV for your own personal needs.

i've been using this place for over a year now and have posted in every supp thread i see about them. very true that nobody can beat them because they price-BEAT by 5% and match shipping also. if anyone can find any place that sells something cheaper... if SW sells it, SW will give you the better deal. it's crazy to buy anywhere else.

Last I checked, whey protein (and other supplements) aren't taxed.
The two are you are trying really hard to make the posted deal sound good, but I'm just being honest... it's really WARM AT BEST.

If SW will beat the 20% price by another 5%, then THAT is hot. +1 to you for sure.
And BTW, SW is a reputable store. I've ordered BSN NO-Xplode and Cellmass from them several times (when their prices were better).

and after all that work, SW will beat that price by 5%... just call them and tell them what you're doing with what codes, etc.

Thanks supafunk, I didn't know about the coupon. I just used it to order a few of my supplies and got 20% off and free shipping.

The cheapest I found for the "Optimum Nutrition - 100% Whey Gold Standard Protein Vanilla - 10 Lbs" is $52.72 at: http://www.luckyvitamin.com/748927028744.html Shipping is $5.95 If you had a price matching going on - this would be a good place to start.

Yep, and luckyvitamin is reputable as well. I have placed Twinlab vitamin orders with them (as well as pricematched to them from Supplement Warehouse) multiple times and never had any problems.
With that said, what you found amounts to $58 shipped, which is still cheaper than what the OP found with all the pricematching and 5% off.
HOWEVER, you are absolutely right... pricematching to luckyvitamin would make the original post hot.

OP originally gave me a negative on my first post about his deal being "warm at best," but based on all these feedback, I can easily say I REST MY CASE.

There is a way to get free shipping with any order over $50 at VitaminShoppe. Check the official coupon code thread of VitaminShoppe.

IMO, this is the best deal out there right now for ON whey. For a few weeks, I searched high and low for the best deal online and this is it.
It'll be good to have a thread like this with the best up-to-date deals on supplements. This stuff goes fast when you're drinking 2-3 a day. Always lookin' for good protein deals...

If you have the jug/scooper and just want 10lbs of protein powder for 44.95 plus shipping:
1) Any personal experience ordering from here? 2) What's with the packaging? I'm used to the black packaging (for the past few years I've bought the stuff).

MrStank said: Little Miss Muffet sat on a tuffet, eating her curds and whey... Protein? yup, it was protein...
In the process of making cheese, milk is acidified to a point where the casein precipitates. This process, called coagulation, produces curds (which eventually become cheese) and whey (the liquid portion that contains water, lactose and serum proteins).
There USED to be a way. Now there is currently no VIP pricing or lowering of the shipping. I know because I just caved and bought the 10lb bag of ON this last Monday.
Thank u for this thread! I just went to VitaminShoppe.com and ordered
3 5.15 ON Gold Natural Whey Protein tubs for 34.99 = 104.97 Applied coupon 9202 for 20% off $50 = -20.99 Used Free super saver shipping (for orders >$99) TN tax = $6.93
Final cost = $90.91 ($30.30 per 5.15 tub)
I've been searching the web for a week (since Amazon raised their prices), and this is by far the best deal out there. I can't hold out any longer hoping for the GNC $26/tub prices to return.

I tried to price match this to SW last week but it turns out that nutripost is a dead website... so no price match. I ended up buying the 10 lbs bags from luckyvitamin (quicker shipping because it's closer to CT).

I'm no bodybuilder, but I crossfit, what's the point of drinking this stuff? Can't you just eat a bunch of protein and get the same benefit without spending $30 on a can of powder?

should've done SW for the extra 5% off on top of that discount and stacked it with their current $5 discount code; would've been $67.85 shipped or about $22.62 per 5.15 tub.
Still haven't gone through the 10lbs. I got for $50 from the VitaminShoppe deal at beginning of the year. Hopefully a deal like that comes around again soon!
ON is the best whey I've ever used. It mixes really well and tastes great even in water.
