You have to go to the site manually and enter in the sku. Nice bundle deal with no rebates.

Officemax's site makes you start a "session" before links to individual products work. Just open link in a tab then do it again, should work on the second try. Silly site.
Not the worst deal but mefeels the CRT is just a doorstop at this point so $299 for the tower and guts, meh.

You could make money on this if you throw in a coupon and unbundle it. If the CRT is not in a separate box, that would be a hassle.

Good price and upgrade able. The only draw back is 512mb, CD-RW and 17" CRT. While few laptops are starting from $299.

Also, this is not a laptop.

I don't think the Sempron is a major issue for the majority of people. This says it has a DVD lightscribe, and 512MB is what you'd expect at this price point. I think the monitor is what kills it for the money. There have been too many $199 PC only promos with similar power and configuration this summer, and I'd think more again around labor day.

This has one major advantage in my opinion ---> Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
But seriously, $299 is about 100 bux too much for this.
Original price $589.99 (LMAO)
