In today's Dallas Morning News the Fry's ad has the Transcend 2 gb sd card for $39.99 with a $30.00 mail in rebate. Frys.com has it for the same price but no free shipping. This may be in other Fry's ads as well.

why is the link for reference only? deal seems to be available online too: $39.99 - $30 MIR = $9.99 (although currently no free shipping)

Because shipping is $6.39 which kills the deal.

This brand isn't reliable as somebody comment, so it's always cheaper than others. Looked to me like a different than normal tech used.
