Is anyone having issue using paypal with Newegg? I'm trying to use the coupon paypal20, but the transaction keeps getting denied. I've called both paypal and Newegg, and I was told that it is the other party's fault. Has anyone of you ever run into this issue and actually got it resolved. BTW, I do have enough funds in my paypal account to pay for it.

Yeah, you have to make sure that both your Newegg Address and your PayPal Address match EXACTLY or else you will keep on getting errors. I was having the same problem, but then I made both address exactly the same and it worked.

Thanks for the suggestion. They are exactly the same. I even did a copy and paste, but I'm still unable to use paypal with Newegg. I guess that I won't be able to take advantage of paypal20. DARN!!!!

The selected TigerDirect items are the laptops on the page? That is the implication but it is not very clear.
Is paypal.promo.com a trustworthy site?
I also don't know what items are eligible so I just posted the link

There is a message posted on somethingdeals.net that says that the Newegg coupon might expire in a few days, after reaching a certain number of redemptions. So, don't wait!

I read somewhere that you have to have a confirmed credit card attached in your PayPal account for it to work.

I didn't win a prize either, but, you know... just having the pleasure of interacting with Paypal in some way is really a prize in itself, don't you think?

Just find out:At Newegg, you can not get more than 1 discount if you still want to use $20 off coupon.

the newsletter i just received from Newegg says that the paypal code is only good until 11:59 PM PST 8/10/2007. not sure which date is right (9/5 or 8/10); seems 8/10 is too soon, but don't dawdle too much if you're ready to purchase just in case the 8/10 date is right.

I am pretty sure 8/10 is right, since sources said earlier that there was a limited number of coupons.
