Yeah, you have to make sure that both your Newegg Address and your PayPal Address match EXACTLY or else you will keep on getting errors. I was having the same problem, but then I made both address exactly the same and it worked.

They are exactly the same. I even did a copy and paste, but I'm still unable to use paypal with Newegg. I guess that I won't be able to take advantage of paypal20. DARN!!!!

BTW, I do have enough funds in my paypal account to pay for it.

I read somewhere that you have to have a confirmed credit card attached in your PayPal account for it to work.

the newsletter i just received from Newegg says that the paypal code is only good until 11:59 PM PST 8/10/2007. not sure which date is right (9/5 or 8/10); seems 8/10 is too soon, but don't dawdle too much if you're ready to purchase just in case the 8/10 date is right.
