I ordered a couple of mousepads, and the process was really quick and easy. The picture quality was great, although the mousepad is on the thin side. But it's only $3!

Update you Root Certificate with WindowsUpdate if you are having problems with that website. No signs of scam or spam from them.
This is great. If you have optical mice and a glass desk (as I unfortunately do right now), you sometimes need a mousepad. That, and it tends to let the slide-pads (teflon?) on the bottom of the mice stay in good shape, vs. being scratched up and dirty from a plain desk.
I tried to upload a pic in the recommended resolution (950x800) and it shows a preview of the photo on the mousepad, but with white bars on the top and bottom (letterboxed, like watching widescreen on a normal TV). I can tweak the parameters to get the image to show up covering the entire mousepad, but now I'm suspicious. Does anyone know if you can really get a mousepad completely covered with the photo, or will there always be a border (like how printers enforce a border)? I'm going to ask the site, but I have a hunch (Just a hunch, I'm not sure) that 950x800 is the most their printer can handle, and that no matter what the preview shows it'll always be cropped/letterboxes. I'll post back if I get an answer.
But for $3 shipped, I'm definitely going to get something. Prob my ugly mug so my girlfriend can have it next to her computer all the time. Woot.

Try using the rotation feature. I ordered a coupon and there were no problems whatsoever. Quick and painless.

Oh, I know your problem. It is actually 800 pixels by 950 pixels. Yours went the other way, so it's like putting a horizontal picture on a vertical pad! Have you ordered form this site before? I tried your suggestion, but it did not work. First, the site lists "950x800", not the other way around. The mousepad is shown landscape style, not portrait (more wide than tall). The mousepad dimensions are listed as 9.25" x 7.75". Finally, if I size an image to 800x950 and upload, then I get vertical letterboxing; white bars on the left and right sides of the image. I appreciate the help, but unless you've tried this and it has actually worked (against all evidence), then I'd say I'm still without a definite answer. Thanks anyway. Has anyone ordered one of these from the site and gotten their order?

Just ordered one with a custom image. Cropped it to 950x800, didn't notice any white lines on the top or bottom on the preview.
Found a bug. If you order a second tank top using the same account, the picture on the first one you ordered will be replaced with the 2nd one as well. I tried this as 2 separate orders, but it's still like that.

AGH! Please ignore my previous posts, I had a bunch of images mixed up and had the wrong size being uploaded. I just tried a newly-resized and recropped image and it works now, I'm an idiot. Thanks to iceui for being so patient!
Can anyone who's ordered and received before comment on this product? I'm interested in the thickness, material used (light foam vs. heavy rubber), fabric top or plastic, and if it's a good image printout or washed out. Thanks!
