Also, they have a glucose monitor that gives you $9.99 ECB - it's the Ascensia Contour (Limit 1). The price is $9.99. Not that you may really need that, but it will help you harvest your ECB and break them up into smaller pieces.
Is CVS allowing us to use multiple ECBs in one transaction again? There was a period of time when they restricted it to one ECB coupon per transaction.

1 CVS coupon per ITEM. ECB is CVS coupon. Do the items need to have higher value than the ECB CVS coupons? Or can you throw in a 50 cent candy bar to use 2 ECB CVS coupons on a higher-priced item?

I have the $20 ECB from last week. If I want to use them, do I have to spend them all in 1 transaction?
Say if I bought something like the Advil that was $5 with 5 ECB...could I pay with my $20 and then roll the $15 left over into a new ECB coupon? Would that $15 be printed separately from the new $5 from Advil, would they be combined together, or would I lose the rest of the $15? Any pros out there know?

You'd lose the other $15...you have to use it all at once.

Any pros out there know? The total value of the ECB coupon can only be used in one transaction. Any portion of the ECB coupon not used is lost. In your example, you will still get the 5 ECB for the Advil, but the $15 left over from the original ECB would be lost.
