You'd lose the other $15...you have to use it all at once.

Any pros out there know?The total value of the ECB coupon can only be used in one transaction. Any portion of the ECB coupon not used is lost. In your example, you will still get the 5 ECB for the Advil, but the $15 left over from the original ECB would be lost.
