Are you certain that it will work with SJPhone ? I did not see that SJPhone is mentioned on their website ... |

I'm using AU-100+ATCOM USB Dialer+XPro. Works perfect for 2 incoming+2 outgoing account. But AU-100 is corded USB phone yea I know, thats what I have. using the "granell third party driver" from amperor website. was just curious if any even better xp drivers were out there that didnt rely on the .net framework 1.1. I have net framework latest update and it is stupid that au100/granell cant use latest release, it is forced to use 1.1, so I havfta have 1 and 2 installed. |

I purchased this unit several months ago and it works just fine...also the Amperor tech support was responsive to my questions online and the rebate arrived after a few weeks with no problems. For what it's worth, the Amperor people are well regarded on the Skype forums...I believe that they care about their reputation in the Skype community and follow through on rebates and are attentive to customer concerns. |

They're currently being hammered pretty good, but their support guys say that all orders will go out today or tomorrow. Picked up right away on the phone and was courteous. |

I only have free Skype (no Skype-in or Skype-out). Can I utilize this at all? Can I use my land-line analog phone at home to have a free Skype PC-to-PC conversation? Would this ring the phone when a PC calls comes through? And, is there anyway to initiate a PC-to-PC call using this kit and my analog phone? Edit: reading the manual states that you can assign Skype friends with a speed dial assignment. So I guess I can do PC-to-PC with this adapter. |

Yes you can... you can set 'speed' dial numbers to your Skype contacts... and then call through your telephone. vwtoys said:I only have free Skype (no Skype-in or Skype-out). May get another for the parents when they go back home. One more question, how often do they run this rebate promo?

I am sorry being dumb in here. I just really don't understand how this work without purchasing sky-out minutes. First I plug the regular home phone into this adapter and hook up the adapter to the PC. Then, can I use the regular home phone to make long distance call or international call for free? (I don't have long distance call or international call service on my current telephone carrier or Skype account) Thanks |

Thanks If you don't have Skype-out. The only way is to call another PC anywhere in the world. |
