As proof that it's legit, here is the link to the image on the bluehornet server (which is the company that Chuck E Cheese uses for it's email newsletters) for the top halves of both coupons in the PDF (the coupons are split into multiple images so that they can dynamically generate the expiration date).

Haven't seen any in my inbox in a few months. Wonder if they are changing the system. I know that at least at my Chuck E Cheese, they just scan the coupon but don't take it.
These still work as of 01.08.13. just verbally tell them the Coupon number (I used 1546 since I already have purchased the all you can drink cups already).
I talked to the manager of my local Chuck E Cheese and corperate says that they are more focus on their food and go away from being known for their arcade so token coupons are hard to come and most coupons are food coupons now. However, my non-corperate owned Chuck E Cheese in Beaverton, OR has M-F 10am-5pm specials, you have to ask for the Fan Club Card offer.
