What exactly are these items? Tried putting skus in Staples.com and item is discontinued

Then try putting model #'s into google search. You do know what google is, right?

ShakuniMama : about backpack. Usually they put these type of tags on .com items they don't want to ship back. Staples rarely does markdowns at the managers discretion, it's not OD

I called the 800 # and found that 2 of the stores in my area have stock of the 60gb WD. The first had 3 pieces. When I got there, one mysteriously disappeared and the second was on hold. I managed to snag one.

The second store was supposed to have 14 in stock. When I got there, they were oblivious to the clearance price on this and told me there was only 6 in the back room. I bought 3 and the young man at the register made a remark after seeing the price that basically said he wanted the rest for himself.

When asked about the Antec 500W PS which showed 4 in stock, they said they were "damaged" and could not be sold. I called a day later and a young lady said they are now available for sale. She said she would put them on hold for me. When I got to the store, the manager informed me they wouldn't sell them since they were customer returns.

WTF ? Get your stories straight. I'm about to call Staples Corp. and file a complaint.

ShakuniMama said:~SwissGear Backpack Clearance SKU# 634524 $17.50 Originally $39.99~ebookybaby

Could be just a local store clearance.

Swissgear backpack #634524
Scanned Reciept
Scanned Tag

I saw this backpack in the store this morning. It's not quite worth the $17.50 in my opinion. $6.00 would be what I would expect based on what it is.

Wow, that's cheap for "N" gear. Is there some reason why it's being marked down so much already? Is there something wrong with them? I'm going to keep an eye out for it. Does the router include GigE LAN ports?

Well in general from working in an ISP's tech support department... there's only one major brand of router I would 'not' buy.......... add in Belkin's woeful marketing compared to Linksys (owned by maybe 80% of customers) and netgear and ............

Here is specification of BELKIN N1 Router:
Model F5D8231-4
Standards IEEE 802.11b, IEEE 802.11g, IEEE 802.11n (draft)
Network Protocols TCP/IP, PPTP, UDP/IP, PPPoE
Ports 1 x 10/100M WAN; 4 x 10/100M LAN
Data Rates up to 300Mbps
Antenna External Antenna
Interface Ethernet Port
VPN support VPN Pass Through

I did get a Belkin wireless router before. It was terrible wireless router. But this baby is great if you use with N1 wireless adapter. It doesn't work well with old wireless adapters. I give it a shot b/c it is sooooooo cheap.

Perhaps $10.00 "Instant Savings"? During the Maxtor clearance blowout a few months ago the price in the computer was higher than the price at the register because of "Instant Savings".

You are correct sir! Picked up another with the receipt stating just that.
