Didn't work for me as a returning customer. I've had numerous trials before, but seems blockbuster is catching on. Unless you use a different credit card with different billing address and perhaps name. It would not work.

Got it to work. I'm an existing customer and I got the unlimited in store exchange. Cool.

What steps did you take?
It shows 5 Store Exchanges under plans but after you put in the code and go to the page where you enter your payment info it shows unlimited. It also shows unlimited on the confirmation. I printed it incase they say it is limited to 5 later. They could argue it is only unlimited for the 4 week trial but worth a shot. Thanks OP, I was going to sign up anyway this weekend.

Thanks OP. I just cancelled the free trial I got from the previous month yesterday and it worked for me. It made me enter in a new email address but let me use same home address, credit card info, etc.
Looks like another month of free movies. I have a BB a block away from me -- love that I can return the DVDs at store and get extra free movies and faster shipping. If I wasn't so cheap I might even considering paying for this service 
why did it give me a billing date of Sept. 11? that's only 2 weeks - not 4?

You probably did not select the promo code box and enter the promo code when you signed up.
I used the promo code and saw the 4 week free trial on the Payment Info screen.
Once done registering, my confirmation email says 2 weeks trial. I'll have to call their CSR.

The site forced me to use a different address in order to get another free trial. How rude!
bb changed the plan on me to a higher rate WITHOUT asking ... then made it sound like they were doing me a favor ... oh yeah, how could i forget how they screwed up my queue or sent me movies twice or how they couldn't figure out what movies i returned or how they let someone else take movies out on my account and then accused me of stealing them ... what is missing? BYE-BYE BLOCKBUSTER!! ... Good service if you don't have to pay for it

no go man; I've tried several different ways; used mom's cc with a different billing address; used a different email address but it keeps saying something like looks like you already have a account click on this link to sign-in or contact customer care.
I had to let my account expire. Then sign out, then start from scratch like I was making a new account. I used the same name, cc, email, and address, and it worked. 1 month free, then $17.99 3 at a time, unlimited in store DVD's.
