LOL! I was at the one in Irvine last night too! What time did you go? I wonder if we saw you walk by our table. I did see two girls (one with glasses and one maybe taller), and then another girl [and her bf I presume] walk by our table while we were eating. There were five of us guys sitting at one of the booths.... anyway, the smoked mozzarella is the best! I had to get that every time, and if I mixed sauces, it would be one of the sauces
I might just have to go back again.

Yeah, we got there around 7-7:30pm or so, and I'm pretty sure we left later than 8:15pm. Haha...

I'd go back for the smoked mozzarella alone. But I'm gonna wait a few hours before I try running it off next time. The feeling of smoked mozzarella *almost* making its way back up from your stomach isn't the most delightful feeling.

I was first introduced to authentic smoked mozzarella (mozzarella affumicata) while in Italy. I think I fell in love with it there. It's probably my favorite cheese of all time. Speaking of Italy, I think I'm due for a trip back any day now *sigh* If I only had the time (and money! The Euro is like $1.35 on the Dollar now!)
