Also, for those who get this: Do yourself a BIG favor and download all the updates from Microsoft after installing. This resolves many stability and PERFORMANCE issues. (Outlook 2007 is a dog until the patch is installed, but is snappy afterwards...)

Yeah Office 2007 is for PC only for now, they are working on the 2008 for OS X, which is Universal Binary.

Very hot, thanks OP. I was looking at buying the $120 version of Office Student as my wife's college doesn't offer discounted software but now she can save half the price and get Access as well.

I'm happily using Office XP even though I have a copy of Office 2007 Pro handy. Not much difference other than the eye candy stuff like Vista. There's a bit of learning curve to it. Plus, it may not be compatible with older Office versions if you want other people to work on your file created by Office 2007.

does this come with word, excel etc?? Was looking into buying it at Staples for 150.

Yeah, you can install office 2007 twice, but no more than that. I own a copy, and as long as you're the same user, you can install it at most on 2 different computers. Just for additional information, this is different than windows, in which you can only install windows on one computer.
