Purchase $10 in Mars products using your CVS ExtraCare Card, and receive a NASCAR Die Cast 2 car set featuring the #38 Pink M&Ms and the #88 Snickers cars in 1:64 scale. Automatically receive the cars in the mail in 6-8 weeks from purchase. Limit 1 free offer per card.

I ran a test on their website and this appears to be a national deal, but YMMV.
