Which Amazon Order Confirmation do we need to send for the cookie rebate? The original order confirmation (which makes no mention of Cookie magazine) or the email we received about Cookie Magazine subscription from Amazon? Thanks... |

Thanks... I have the same problem. I asked the Amazon customer service and received the answer. "The order confirmation is the email that you received. The order
number is traceable in the publisher's system and they will be able to
pull up your information with that." I have no idea what they are talking about. I can't find my order number in the email about Cookie Magazine subscription. |

I have no idea what they are talking about. I can't find my order number in the email about Cookie Magazine subscription. Thread with discussion of previous similar Amazon Domino magazine offer. For that offer, I sent the "invoice" that Amazon lets you print online showing the "shipped" date. I also included a copy of the "offer page" with the "If you would like a refund" text hilighted. The refund came fast (3 weeks). |
