Might be your lungs are cleaning themselves out. Getting rid of the formaldehyde from regular smokes.

completely understand....other free smoke threads are full of hate. first time I spoke on this topic is because they used to offer free cartons .years ago ..and it was BS too.

Edit: thats what they want, smokers attacking each other. bottom line is...Harder to prove your 21..must send info via mail. then they might send coupon..(had to pull teeth)
I sent for these two $10 certificates, and they just recently arrived.I was able to get four packs of American Spirit cigarettes for free at a local convenience atore. Good post, CatfishKelly.
Done this before and have gotten the gift certificate. I also get random coupons in the mail from $2 off to $10 off. I really like American Spirits(and yes, you do tend to cough the first day after smoking them) but sadly their not sold in enough places around here to make it easy to get them.
Actually, American Spirit and any other additive-free cigarettes are better for you. I was getting short of breath smoking regular cigarettes 25 years ago. With additive-free cigarettes it's completely disappeared. I've also turned dozens of people onto them and they report the same thing. Because of the political environment, they're unable to say this. It's interesting that information that would improve the health of smokers is considered "unfit to print".

Same thing with nat sherman fifth avenue. they also make a hell of a great smoke.
