I attempted to use this coupon at Babies R Us in Catonsville, MD and was declined. The manager, Joe, stated that the coupon is bogus and all real Babies R Us Coupons have a dotted line around them. He said that the coupon should have printed in purple and red. I advised that I have a black-and-white printer, so that's impossible to have anything red on it. He again stated that the coupon was bogus and that someone made an image of a legit coupon, changed the dates and posted it on Photobucket - and walked away! RUDE!

Take a look at the coupon again. There were two posted in this thread. The first expired 10/07,the second coupon expired 1/31/008. Given the prominence of the expiration date, it doesn't sound like expiration was this customer's issue. Here is the link to the coupon that supposedly expires 1/31/08

I tried using the 1/08 coupon at the College Point, NY Babies R Us location and was told they no longer accept photocopies. Until now, they were accepting it all summer/fall.

I've had no issue using this coupon. It's been about a month since I last used it, though. The "you can't use any printable coupons" policy must be false. I think it's missing from this coupon, but most BRU coupons I've seen/used say something to the effect of "Print this coupon and bring into store" right on them.

My mother-in-law is the Queen of coupons and she gives us stacks of 15% off babies-r-us coupons. I asked my wife to check the expiration date on all of them and she didn’t see any that have a 1-31-08 expiration. It may be that we just don’t have the latest coupons but my wife says all the ones we have expire on 12/24.
