Too bad you didn't put "at ClassicCloseouts" in the subject line. That would have saved me the trouble of clicking on this thread. ClassicCloseouts is your guarantee of a bad deal. No matter how good it might seem, expect the worst.

Green for the deal. I didn't even know they still made them. I thougth the old people I saw wearing them just took really good care of them, not bought new ones!

is there some type of connection between Costos and the 80's that I don't know about? Just curious??? or is my sarcasm detector broken?
The joke is that membership based warehouse clubs are not exclusive at all, but they, to a certain extent, try to present themselves as esoteric price savings oracles. Similarly, the idea of the brand name "Member's Only" is presumably for the wearer to feel as though they are part of an exclusive club.

Flashback to when I first joined Priceclub and when the member's only jacket was in. The member craze, get it? Both are members only. It's early and the best i can do.
EDIT: nevermind, I like Deckard26354's explanation better lol

Are you kidding? Were you alive in the 80's? Member's Only is a brand. Lighten up, Francis!

the straps atop the shoulder are not so great when the hater of "the jacket" grabs them with both hands and profusely knees you in the face over and over......

This is hilarious. Can you please tell us more? I really can't imagine the work environment (or the workers) where multiple people wear Member's Only jackets inside all day, every day.

Members Only?!?!? This is HOT!!!
After all, when Sam Malone pulled out his Members Only jacket the women were all over him.
When these were stylish, I was dating a fellow who raced cars and got paid to wear company's names on his chest. He bought us both MO jackets (no, not matching) but I had to carefully unstitch the little label from his before he would wear it. At the same time, I worked with a woman whose high-school-aged daughter desperately wanted one, but mom wouldn't pay for the real thing and bought her a knock-off. Voila, his label went on her jacket and everybody was happy!
I had a purple knock-off one. I think I remember a pic of me wearing it. I'll have to look when I get home

FANTASTIC deal! These jackets are beautiful. I ordered them last Saturday and received them yesterday. Vibrant colors, good sizes. If you look for them at Vintage stores, you'll likely be paying A LOT more. Burlington Coat Factory has a few for $25 but only have really big sizes.
