I did the same thing too but found a way around it. Go through the same link via IE and try again with your Serial number. If it says you already ordered, you know your order went through. I added an additional jacket (it'll let you get up to 4). Then fill in all the information again and submit. Since you are using IE, it'll process and show you your confirmation # and order # for tracking purposes. |

the last digit is a check digit [checksum], if you sequence the next to last digit and run 0..9 through the checksum you can order more in theory. i wouldn't suggest this. but i'm just saying. |

it could be just a hook for nintendo to associate serial numbers to real names and addresses. then on a firmware update or something, sneak in some code to grab the machine's serial numbers. when a 'Backup Copy' game (or a wiikey chip) is insert, it sends nintendo the serial through WiFi and internet.... |

anyone else having a problem where it only lets your order one? The site says: Nintendo said:Our records indicate that your request for additional Wii Remote Jacket(s) has exceeded the maximum quantity allowed per Wii serial number. But this is the first time I have tried to order the sleeve. Thanks! EDIT I called the nintendo support number, and the guy said a lot of people are calling because they are getting the same message. He just did it for me right over the phone, didn't even ask for my serial number. |

Same thing here. Website timed out and then my serial didn't work. Called in and they placed the order without even asking for my serial. |

that's a pretty cool thing of them to do. even tho the things probably cost 5 cents to make, it's good to know they still appreciate all their customers. |
