Thanks a lot for the great find about wiialerts.com I just signed up for email+cellphone alerts too. Hopefully I'll score a couple of Wiis next time.

wow thats crazy i took my wii apart like 8 months ago never did put it back together (wiikey) must be something really good about it to have all this demand. i just got the wii to play super mario

anyone know if an import console qualifies. Apparenlty my jp unit's serial does not match the criteria. Maybe if I call.

Um, I don't think they need to do this to know "how many machines are in the wild". They could just use their sales figures. You know, the same thing Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo have been using for years.

Same here, so I called. Gave the CSR my Serial # and he confirmed my 4 sleeves will be shipped!

I got the error and then exceeded limit message yesterday when I tried to sign up. Today, no problem. So their bit in the message about waiting 24 hours is true. I guess the serials with orders that didn't get finished get purged from the system daily.

Finally got it to go through on the website. It timed out a few times after the initial page, but after a few clicks on "try again" in Firefox, it continued on through. Still very slow on each additional web page till final checkout.

Another great reason to trust and buy from this company. I have been very pleased with Nintendo products. I ordered a game that was out of stock a few years ago and it was not available anywhere- they shipped in time for my daughters birthday. My son's DS lite was repaired under warranty with no issues period. Now free accessories to protect my Wii remotes- Nintendo is a model for other companies.

I still say this isn't a protection for property damage or the remote.
This is for head shots. The heavy padding is what my kids need to soften the blows when they get knocked in the head while playing anyway...

Also, I wonder if any of the remote chargers on the market will work with the cover on?
If Nintendo comes out with one, will theirs?
