Here's some more feedback that I hope you value. 8-10 weeks is too long too. In fact, the whole rebate game is silly. Also, your indication that I must send rebate forms "Signature Required" indicates your inability to handle your mail without "proof" from me. That does not exude confidence that you have truly improved your rebate process.
this is false advertisement. this advertisement is not from comcast but a comcast authorized dealer and they been having this deal every month for several months now.

In an effort to clarify, the thread title has been updated to reflect Comcastoffers.com.
I'm still waiting for my rebate from June from them.

I eventually got my rebate... mailed rebate in May and got it in 2 weeks ago after a lot of calling. Be careful with these and make sure to use delivery confirmation, because if you forget about it, you can count on them forgetting about it too.

Just to share my experience.
I signed up Comcast internet services in comcastoffers.com two months ago. However, Comcast charged me 42.95/per month. Therefore, I have to call 1-877-220-3549 to resubmit the promotion code in order to get the fee of 19.99/per month.
Afterward, I looked up the confirmation email from comcastoffers.com again. It wrote:
When scheduling the installation of your new Comcast service(s), you may need to provide Comcast with your billing information for confirmation purposes. In the event that Comcast needs to re-submit your order, all rebates offered exclusively on Comcastcableoffers.com will still be honored, provided redemption rules are followed.
CUSTOMER SERVICE Questions regarding Comcast High Speed Internet service and installation, please call 1-877-220-3549.

Comcast blocks bit torrents. So keep this in mind...
It should also be clear that this is a deal for "current video customers" of Comcast.
I need cable TV service and internet, yet it seems I have to also get digital phone to get any sort of deal since the internet deals are not valid for me. I am already in a commitment with a VOIP company, so I guess I'm stuck with my current crappy service.

Since when? "My friend" has had Comcast for years, and had NO PROBLEM downloading all the bittorrents he could handle!

Comcast is just blocking seeding after a torrent finishes downloading. This kills people on ratio sites, and those that just want to help seed, such as with linux torrents.

Just don't use Comcast, whoever they outsource/contract is just as shady as themselves.

If Comcast really wants to play a rebate game, play it like the Staple Easy Rebate where rebates can be submitted through online without any proof of purchase base the proof of purchase can be obtained from the sales database. This will completely speed up the rebate. If Comcast want a better challenge than the Staples Easy Rebate, then take the challenge of rebate done by OfficeMax where rebate is instant at cash register. Until then, I must agree with you that this whole rebate game is silly and really shows Comcast of being very unprofessional.

I apologize to all offended by this.
Comcast is a horrible corporate citizen. Now let's all pray they just go away.
This is a dubious company (aka BroadbandOffers.com) and will do everything they can and use very excuse to refuse paying the rebates owed to you (e.g. not receiving your rebate submission, using the incorrect rebate form, expired rebate submission period, etc. -- even if all submissions are valid). It took me exactly 20 weeks, 4 phone calls and a report to the Better Business Bureau to get my rebates. If you insist on going with this company, just make sure that all your documentation are in order and you keep track of your rebates. Otherwise, you might just as well forget about rebates when you sign up with this company.

Agreed...it was a nightmare to get them to honor the rebate even w/ supporting documentation. It might as well have gone to the rebate center in New Rochelle, NY....which is just a black hole for rebate submissions....

Hi! Is there any possibility that any folks here can pass me along the rebated forms of the two rebates ($75 for the modem and $100 Cash Back). I misplaced the rebate forms and could not find it anyway. Thanks a lot. Please email them to affysnp@gmail.com or suggest me where I could find them. I appreciated!

I received my $125 comcastoffers.com rebate check last week. (Haven't cashed yet) It took about 7 weeks to arrive. I honestly wasn't expecting to get it, just figured the low price was good enough by itself. Now it's like I got free cable for the last three months.

hmm, why not call comcast, yourself?
do you have their starter cable with VOD?
if yes) then no activation or install fee, just do the self install yourself...don't really need the chsi starter kit
if no) then yes, there is an install fee of $49 or $25 depending on the promo....
Regardless of how com_castoffers.com has improved their rebate service, I won't be burned again. Are they expecting everyone who was cheated in the past to just forget?

I keep reading stories on here about how comcastoffers has not paid out rebates. Without getting into too much detail, I have signed up through them AT LEAST 6 times over the past 2-3 years and have gotten EVERY SINGLE rebate I sent in. So don't know if those who are complaining aren't following the directions or I have just gotten lucky, but thats my experience with comcastoffers.com
