1. Earn $15 in bonus reward certificates (750 points) when you spend > $500 Amounts to 5% back on a $500 purchase to 4% back on a $750 purchase. If you are spending more than $750 or less than $500, choose option #2.
2. Earn double points when shopping in store before 11AM (except Black Friday, 11/23) Amounts to 4% back on any size purxhase. If you are spending between $500 - $750, choose option #1, otherwise, choose this option unless you are exclusively buying the brands in option #3. #2 is probably the best option for most of us.
3. Earn triple points on BB brands (Dynex, Rocketfish, Insignia, Geek Squad, init products) Amounts to 6% back on the listed brands. Generally overpriced items unless on sale or clearance.
4. Get a free 6-month trial of geek squad online secured data back-up service, including photos, important files and more. Best stated by nafetsnafets @ SD, "yuck"
5. Donate the value of the points you earn to Toys for Teens from the day you choose this reward through Dec 22, 2007. Bah, Humbug!
Overall, option #2 seems to be the best choice for most people.
It seems that once you make your choice, you may not be able to change it. Choose wisely.

The small print on the offer states that if you choose options 1, 2, or 3, that it is retroactive back to November 4th. Looks like you can wait and find out which is the best to choose.

Right, when the revolution comes and society breaks down they will know what houses to "appropriate" TP from.

How is this a surpise? Sams club has been doing this for ages now. Groceries have been doing it with their supersaver cards for a long time also. What is so wrong with receiving focused advertising? I much prefer getting focused coupons and specials. I'm pretty sure that Target does this via your CC #, because every time I go there very specific coupons print out at the register focused to my preferences. I say bring on the coupons.
JediFreeStuff said:I think #1 is Better, I don't know how #2 is better, if you shop just over $500 and it doesn't work on Black Fridays with #2, so #1 is better!
#1: $15 BONUS Certificate on top of 2% of $500, ($10) so you get $25 right?
#2: Double Points - $500 = $1000 = $20 only
That's exactly what is posted.

JediFreeStuff said:Damn, I forgot all about you can earn Points by buying Gift cards, too!
Oh well, I already choose #1
So, could you buy a gift card and earn points on that gift card, then turn around and buy something with the gift card you just bought, effectively earning 2x points?
