This morning my alarm clock on my Verizon phone went off an hour late at 7 AM because Verizon accidentally rolled back their time for Daylight Savings. My girlfriend's phone was also an hour behind. I called and complained since I was an hour late to work and they acknowledged the mistake gave me a $20 credit. Good luck!

I called and got 100 bonus minutes for next month, not $20, but not bad.
I have to disagree with anybody who is calling VZ without actually having any problems (or without even realizing that the problem occured) just to get $10-$20! This is not a "hot deal" by any means...
I don't know how people have time to waste on calling VZ to argue with the CSR in order to get $10 or $20, which is not even guaranteed!

This is probably a dead deal at this point...if it was even a deal to begin with, as it's a HUGE YMMV. Verizon customers could probably call up and complain about anything they can think of to try to get $10-20 or extra minutes; this is just an example of one of the reasons to call and complain with hopes that you'll get anything from them. Not worth my time and aggravation but if others are willing to give it a shot, I doubt that it will affect Verizon or my bill in any way.
