Just got off the phone with Amazon. The CSR stated this was the third call he handled today with with folks wanting the amount for the radio credited so I didn't have to go through the URL problem..... Green for you OP - I've added in the text I rec'd from them via email: "Thank you for writing to us at Amazon.com. I've investigated your order #XXXXXX and found that it qualified for our promotional offer. I see that this offer was not properly applied to your order. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience. To correct this error, I have reduced the cost of the item "Milwaukee 49-24-0280 V28 28-Volt Lithium-Ion Job Site Radio" to zero. Cost Details: Subtotal: $74.04 Shipping: $22.81 Promos : ($22.81) Tax : $0.00 Total : $74.04 Although you may see shipping fees listed, you should also see a promotional credit applied to the balance equaling the amount of the shipping charge, canceling out the shipping fees. I hope this solution is satisfactory. Thank you for shopping at Amazon" |

If you are in the market for a finish nailer this is hot. This is the lowest price ever for this nailer, usually around $150+
The free $78 radio is a bonus! Nobody buys straight finish nailers......you want an angled finish nailer. I do, however, have the older version of this radio and it's terrific.....perfect for having in the workshop where it can take abuse and not flinch and the sound is great....far better than the Dewalt worksite radio. |

Yeah, angled finish nailer is best but I already have one of these milwaukee straight nailers and it works great. Angled nailer will work better in tight spots but both are great. |

Placed my order for the Milwaukee Nailer and Job Site Radio. Called Amazon to have the price of the radio removed from the invoice and was put on hold for over 10 minutes while the CSR investigated. He agreed that the terms of the offer had been met, but would have to send a message to the Promotions Department and I would hear from them within 24 hrs. UPDATE: Received a message from Customer Service. They are refunding the price of the nailer $74.04 Thank you OP |

Looks like the radio is sold out now. Boo. I bet it comes back in stock though. Big ups to all who got in. Pretty cut and dry deal. I hope everyone was keen enough to add the Black & Decker AS600 6-Volt Alkaline Battery Cordless Screwdriver for -$1.26! 20% accessory discount on the $78.49 = $15.70 discount on the $14.44 tool. Yayz. |

I placed 2 orders the earlier one shows both items are shipped and second order (placed later after it showed 2-4 weeks) shows radio shipping for free and they removed nailer today saying it was a price mistake. So now I'm getting total 1 nailer and 2 radios for $74.04.Great deal! Amazon email: Greetings from Amazon.com. We regret to inform you that an error caused the following item(s) to be displayed at an incorrect price: Milwaukee 7145-21 3/4-Inch to 2-1/2-Inch 16 Gauge Straight Finish Nailer In accordance with our posted policies on pricing, we are unable to offer this item for the incorrectly posted price. Thanks Sadclown! I called Sun. morning and gave URL to CSR. No problem at all. However, hold time was way long. Both item have shipped and will be here this week. Excellent post OP!! Now, I'm debating on keeping the nailer or selling it to break even... Hmmm.......... --------------------------------------- Here's the email I recieved today. Greetings from Amazon.com I've requested a refund of $78.49 to the payment method you used for your original purchase. This refund should go through within 2 to 3 business days. You should see it as a credit on your next statement. You can also view completed refunds by clicking the "Your Account" link at the top of our web site, then clicking "Go!" next to "open and recently shipped orders." Completed refunds are displayed at the bottom of an individual order's summary page. Thanks for shopping at Amazon.com Best regards,

I didn't get it backwards....Amazon did. They refunded $74.04. This was a great deal, I've already received both items should I quibble about a measly $4.45? Update: I did request the $4.45 overcharge. They agreed to refund the excess return shipping I paid...Huh? sadclown said:begunn said: UPDATE: Received a message from Customer Service.
