looked into it, deal seems genuine. Kinda cool that if the marriage does not work out you'll have something to look forward too, so I guess it's not only a financial incentive, but also an emotional incentive, nice... |

Cold deal. If anyone can tell me how to get a FINALIZED divorce within 6 months of being married, kudos to you. Most states require legal separation for at least 6 months before the Court will grant the final order of divorce. Thus, if you want to take advantage of this deal, you should get married, go from the wedding to the courthouse to file for divorce, legally separate the same day, and hope the judge grants the order on the exact final day of the sixth month, with no hearing. |
