The price goes from $59.97 to $3.00 dollars. If you don't want the Bonus Books you can delete only 2 but it still wants to charge you for one so choose the one you want.
Dead as a doornail. FW effect alarm at the software house.
I was entering my information and my page refreshed to $59.9x as I was typing.
Oh, well. Good luck to those who got in.
***EDIT*** Still Alive! I opened up an explorer window (I use FF) to see if maybe I'd angered the cookie gods, and wouldn't you know - it worked. The checkout page was still a bit flakey, but the price stayed the same this time and I got screen captures of both the checkout page and the confirmation page @ $3.
Thanks a bunch OP!
BTW - is there a way to unflag a deal once you've flagged it dead?
Oh and also, we own some other JumpStart software, it's great for kids. My 10 and 7 year old learned to use the computer (mouse mainly) playing these games. Great deal if you have young kids (my 4 year old will love it!)
Still worked for me. This set of games offer 3D (1st person) perspective. The older set of games have been great as well, recommended by an educator. My toddlers are hooked on them. Thanks, OP!

never mind this 1st 500. Test it for yourself, put 400 for the quantity, and the code works just diligently...
This looks like it's some sort of monthly subscription...But this is the Starte Pack, and it appears you get 2 months worth of stuff, then can continue if you want to. Doesn't look like there's anything to cancel, so we should be all set.
OK, you know the FW thing about she who hesitates is lost... so I jumped then remembered that my nephew's parents have Macs. I guess on Christmas I'll plead "senior moment".
Why do they have the PayPal logo at the bottom of the page but it doesn't come up as an option for paying at check out?
10% off using the code Adventure10 if someone wants to try stacking that code.
Thanks Op, gave it a shot and ordered. We have the Books By You program and my 8-year-old loves it, now his brother (age 4) can have something to play other than his Tonka Construction game.
Would normally be interested but these games really muck up our computers when we install them...
They are now available from gametap's service (gametap.com), which is $5 a month AND Mac Friendly for most games. Since you use their player, it doesn't mess the video settings or registry up like they dd when we got them from the library or purchased them.

They might have Parallels, which lets pc software run on the mac (at least the intel based macs).
I think it is great that they honored it also. However, I have had a terrible time loading the first program I tried. First it would not load on one computer because it said I did not have the correct operating system on it (but I did). So I tried another computer. It errored three times before I got it to load. But first I had to go to the Jumpstart website and register. Then after all of that the program still would not run. UGH!!! I have used a lot of Jumpstart programs in the past and have never had problems with them. THis has been a real fiasco. I hope this is just isolated and that no one else is having these problems.
