I just want to give kudos to this company. Even though it was likely a coupon error, they honored everything anyway (where most retailers would not have). They even allowed backordered ones to ship. I say we repay them with repeat business down the road. Just my 2 cents.... Thanks OP!

I think it is great that they honored it also. However, I have had a terrible time loading the first program I tried. First it would not load on one computer because it said I did not have the correct operating system on it (but I did). So I tried another computer. It errored three times before I got it to load. But first I had to go to the Jumpstart website and register. Then after all of that the program still would not run. UGH!!! I have used a lot of Jumpstart programs in the past and have never had problems with them. THis has been a real fiasco. I hope this is just isolated and that no one else is having these problems.
