BananaRepublic.com slices 20% off with no minimum required via coupon code BRHOLIDAY. Plus, shipping is a flat $6 on every order.

MYBRGIFT for 15% off 1 item can be stacked with BRHOLIDAY if you use your VISA card making for a whopping 32% off!

If you have the Banana Republic Visa card, you can also use SHIPBR to save the $6 standard shipping fee if you spend $100+. (Thanks, reron98).

Expiration: (Thanks, KChengCL)
BRHOLIDAY expires 12/24/07
MYBRGIFT expires 12/24/07
SHIPBR expires 11/30/07

looks like they changed it up -

BRHOLIDAY requires $125 purchase or use of BR card (expired)
MYBRGIFT doesn't work on GC anymore (expired)

SPRINGNOW 20% off one item with BR card (01/22/08)
SPRINGSHOP 20% off one item with BR card (01/22/08)
SPRINGBR08 20% off one item with BR card
BRSPRING 20% off one item with BR card
SHIPBR free shipping with purchase of $100+ with BR card
GET20 20% off one item using Luxe card (01/22/08)

is there a free shipping code that can be stacked?

Thanks!
Any way to get this in store too?

After searching the web, I found this:

Free shipping no min at Banana Republic
Code: LUXE
Note: Requires payment via BR Luxe card.
<--I don't think this will stack with the 15% visa card (unless there's some way you can split payment between visa and BR card; not sure)

I don't think you can use the codes in-store, but you can print a 15% coupon if you're using a visa through this thread.

Best I could find so far, but I'm still searching.

yes, if you spend $100+ and pay with your BR/GAP/Old Navy card you can use SHIPBR to save on the $6 standard shipping fee

But, you run into the problem again, of the stipulations clashing. To use the 15% code, you have to pay with visa. For free shipping, you have to pay with BR/GAP/Old Navy card. Unless you can split payment, the 2 codes won't stack.

if you do that you don't get the 15% which requires payment with a VISA card.

Hmm... maybe its just me, bc BR sent me a new BR Visa card that serves as both. Maybe they're phasing the old ones out? Or perhaps I signed up for another credit card unknowingly! oops! I was able to stack it all.

Got the same pea coat at WalMart for $40

I wouldn't put the two in the same league.

15% off for only one item for me. Is something wrong?

alert mods

I just checked, turns out the 15% is good for only 1 item. I updated the thread to reflect that.

I wouldn't wipe my butt with a cashmere pea coat from WalMart - it would be too scratchy. Oh, and full of lead.

Thanks...saved around $30 on a bunch of stuff

Thanks for the post OP. I got $98 dress pants and $78 jeans for $135 shipped after paying with my Visa card...

I guesss I probably should have placed two separate orders since the %15 off code only applies to one item (though at least they apply it to the most expensive item in the shopping cart). I could have saved an additional ~$3.50.

So 20 + 15 = 32 ? Does the discount lose 3% in the stacking process, or is this some new kind of math?

yep, the new math goes like this: 0.8*0.85 = 0.68 = -0.32

This is fairly simple "new math" in fact...

Let's say you have $100, you discount 15% off that. You're left with $85. You discount 20% off the $85, you're left with $68.

This is a 32% discount off $100.

Most stacks are sequential like this, and not an aggregate of all the percentages.
