They also have a stick of 1gb ram for $10ar. Nice to put this system up to 2gb.

IDK where you got $115, it's showing up around $95 for me with shipping. Mobo
And Newegg doesn't even have the 5400+ the next closest is the 5600+ which is about $140

It's not the same because it's faster memory therefore better. But it's still compatible.

I would take an Intel E2160 and a Gigabyte P35-DS3L mobo over this one anyday. plus the memory is trash, you can get 2 Gigs of PC6400 memory for no more than 40 bucks (AR).

E2160 - ~$90
Gigabyte Mobo - ~$95
2Gb Memory - ~$40

I think thats a way better deal (performance wise at least) than the posted one, since you can easily overclock the E2160 to 3Ghz to get similar performance with a E6850.

just my 2 cents.
