I've already been warned about using too many google checkout accounts...Also, since this is not HD capable, as of Feb 17, 2009, won't you need a converter before the card?

If you get either a HVR-1600 or PVR-150 with the IR blaster, it will change the STB channels for you for recording from a STB.
