No Difference, just color.
Two I ordered showed up today also. Both in white(better resale value). Picked up a Brown one from CC
thinking Dell would ship after X-mas. I wonder if White Zunes are the next $99 specials!?

After clearing Brown, time to clear white.

Received 2 white zunes as well... Called Dell support to ask if I could return them for black ones (white screams IPOD to me) and they said all 30g G1 zunes were not available.

James Ates: "in some recent forums others who ordered the same time talked to customer service and were told their orders were shipping now and also got shipping upgrades due to the delay of this product"

Agent (Harpreet Deosi): "Due to an increase in unexpected sales, the manufacturer is not able to furnish the brown 30GB Zune to the majority of the customers who placed their order during the Black Friday Holiday Sales."

Agent (Harpreet Deosi): "However, Dell is able to substitute a different color of the same product at no additional charge."

Agent (Harpreet Deosi): "I will be happy to also upgrade the shipping method on the order from 3-5 business days to Next business day at no extra cost to you."

Heh, I was actually kind of looking forward to the brown one. I should get mine today; curious what color it will end up being.

Edit: It's White. Kind of boring, but for $100, I'll take it.

same here, most people don't like the brown, but I liked it as it was different.

Still happy that they did arrive.

Now the brown ones have higher prices than other colors in the market. So weired.
