Makes me nervous.
On the other hand, if they were sending out old Maxtors and are now sending out Seagates since the Maxtors are all gone, then unless they start canceling orders I'll get a 7200.10.
(crosses fingers) I ordered 2 through the OP's link yesterday @ $49.99 and have a DHL tracking number for the shipped parcel today. I purchased one of these drives from Frys several months back, and will report if I receive anything that's different. BTW. It now appears the OP's link is dead. |

mine arrived quick, ordered them thanksgiving and they were here yesterday. The rest of the stuff for the 210$ dual core setup will be here tomorrow. Cant beat 210$ AR for a good computer Coolermaster centurion case(FAR from ZZF on BF) Coolermaster 600W psu(FAR from ZZF on BF) This harddrive(sata)(60$ w/ tax and shipping Newegg deal on brisbane and 2gb ram(63$) Sata Lightscribe burner(30$) cheap Asrock am2 board(53$) so a cheap am2 setup for 210. I am sure ill get 2.4 out of this chip, hoping for 2.6-2.8 though, we'll see how the asrock board performs |

Mine just arrived today. It is manufactured by Seagate, 7200.10 (PATA). I was disturbed that there was no loose fill packing materal, leaving about half inch space all around for the drive to bounce around in. Good thing it's a 3yr warranty. |

Both of mine are 7200.10 as well. I'd bought this drive from Frys several months ago for $59 + shipping. The older drive is made in China and these are made in Thailand. Everything else, other than the serial numbers seem identical. |

I ordered 2 each of the PATA and SATA on this deal and just noticed that Fry's overcharged me for the PATA at $119.99 each! You guys better double check your orders too! Thanks, Matthew |

I've already had one of these units fail. The good news, is I sent it in (simple RMA process) and they've shipped it out and it's been sitting on my desk for a couple days now. Good service. |
