Why not just pick up a Foxcoon? They have firewire, gigbit and hd audio for only $60 after rebate. |

I bought this 20 days ago from Newegg, it is an excellent board, my E6420 was able to run 3.2 ghz at stock voltage, and now running 3.36ghz @ 1.375v. Hope I waited , anyone had any luck getting a lower price within 30 days of purchase from Newegg? |

Glad I saw this. I just ordered this board a couple of days ago and the rebate wasn't up then. Nice to see I'll be getting a bonus $30 back . |

I don't plan on OCing on my new build. Is there any reason not to go with this one?? It has no Firewire and one less PCI Express x1 which stinks, but otherwise looks like a great board and you can't beat $60 |

Lots of user input on this one. Great Deal imho. |

great deal. In for one, my 2nd IP35E. as much as I like this budget board, my early one does have small anonying issues. 1. dual post, quite uncommon in P35 era. new bois solves this but slowed stock speed and has new issues with overclocking 2. cold boot, my early version won't boot when room temperature is below 60F, due to a faulty surface-mounted transistor. I can RMA but it is too much trouble. 3. many mentioned the SATA connector is really flimsy. be careful when you unplug SATA cables. since my desktop is almost 24/7, I can live with these |

Thanks for the update. I've been waiting for something to come along like this for another build. I kinda wanted this over the ip35v for the ICH9 over the ICH7 SB, but with the rebate over at ClubIT and Mwave, I was about to give up on it. So, I'm in for one. |

If you want a motherboard with more features Like (CrossFire Technology, 2 x eSATA 3Gb/s, 6 x USB 2.0, SATA RAID 0/1/0+1/5, Hyper-Threading Technology, you can get the MSI P35 Neo2-FR for $89.99 AR at clubit.com |

Really Nice boards with F%#king Abit RMA services. A lot of users lost track of RMA, money they deposited for cross-shipping, no answered phone or email......... (Yes I'm one of them) And after one month waiting without anymore status update after they received faulty MB, I just ordered GA-P35-DS3L yesterday and the very next day this deal come up! Still a nice board itself, just test your board as soon as possible after you received and while you can use Newegg's RMA than Abit's RMA! |
