dawndelion said: wow...they definitely raised their prices online for this coupon! The getting started kit was $50 a few weeks ago and now it's $75Maybe for that, but the other stuff has retained their usual prices (eye shadows, brushes, the other kits and whatnot).

TY! TY! TY!
These stackable codes finally made my decision to try this line!
Just received an email. Looks like they might have caught on to the code stacking and NOT honored it. Discount is only listed once.
I'll post if anything changes...

I ordered on 12/02/07. My card hasn't been charged yet and the only thing I've received so far is an e-mail with order confirmation and order number. I haven't had experience ordering from this site before, so I don't know how long order processing usually takes. Hopefully it will arrive before Christmas as it is a gift.
Just watch your credit card statement because I got an e-mail confirmation showing the discounts and then my credit card was charged the full amount. When I called in inquire, the CSR stated that only one coupon could be used. I got sent up the chain, as I was very upset and the only thing they would do was allow one coupon to be applied, because supposedly that was stated on the website at the time.

Thanks for the heads up. If anything DOES show up, I'll check the invoice and my cc statement.

If it had happened to me, I would have returned my order since the stackable coupons was what convinced me to try their products (been on the fence for a long time). Mine just shipped and I checked my credit card online and I was charged the correct amount.

I wonder if they don't give you the second discount, if you can take delivery of the product and then dispute it with your CC company? Or, maybe, if you see they did not provide the second discount, you can call them and play the "I'm-going-to-dispute-this-with-my-bank" card? Anyhoo, just thinking out loud.
Box label says it was shipped on Dec. 11th (thought email said Dec. 10th).
Unlike other posters, however, I still don't see a charge on my CC. Invoice included w/ box and emailed invoice all reflect the 20% + 20% off (totaling 36% off). But again, still no CC charge to verify with.

It is too bad they had to be called because they are certainly aware of the double discount issue now, if they were not aware of it before now.
The shipping email didn't have any prices listed on it, just the items. My credit card was charged five days ago and the items haven't arrived yet. I'm crossing my fingers for 'soon' though.

Well, returning the order was the other option I was given. However, I had my order shipped to my Mom, as it was her Christmas gift. Kind of tacky to ask her to send it back because I got jipped out of my discount.

I'm pretty sure I'm not the one who tipped them off to the double discount. The CSR told me their IT dept. was already working on the issue of allowing more than one coupon. Of course, that could just be her way of trying to appear proactive, too. Who knows! Sorry if I ruined it for anyone else, but I had to try to re-coup some of my $63 overcharge.

My order has been shipped and invoice and credit card both reflect the correct amount.
I just got my order from them. I applied both codes but only got a 20% off discount. Anybody else have this problem??? Unfortunatly I did not print out my order. Darn!!!!
