The $45 rebate is handled by a different rebate center, so that clause should not be a problem.

Although as it is turning out, probably what the rebate co. and Kaspersky deserve.

I checked Staples' Easy Rebate Center and latest rebate form states:

Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0
Rebate reward: $45.00 Check
Purchase dates: 01-20-2008 through 02-16-2008
Postmark date: 04-16-2008
Promotion: $45 Rebate on Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 (SKU 711088) at Staples
Rebate Offer Number: 08-98742

Did I miss out, or does someone have info on another Staples rebate?
