What office 2007 applications are included? Can anyone tell me if it includes Visio 2007? I could not get the info following the techNet link. Thanks.

If you view the Demo, it shows that Office 2007 is available for download. Visio 2007 might be available too.

Updated the OP to reflect this code. I wonder if I can cancel my order (I just placed it today and haven't actually logged in) and use this code instead of my $70 off code...

what does evaluation of Vista mean?
Do i get a full fledged copy without any update limitations ever?

It means that it's not for production use, which only really applies if you're a business. You shouldn't technically run it as your main PC at home either, but there's no way for them to enforce it.

Software is the full version and it'll activate and pass wga/oga just fine and get updates as well. I'm not sure if you could reinstall and activate if your subscription has lapsed, but restoring from an activated image should be ok.

Wow this is an awesome deal. You get vista home, premium , business and ultimate etc along with office 2007, pro etc plus a bunch of other software titles. Also you can install vista and office on upto 10 different systems - though not for production but for personal use. You can continue to use the software even after your subscription ends after a year.

Does this include software from the Mac Business Unit, such as the upcoming Office 2008?

alert mods

Also, does it include the 64-bit versions of Vista, as well as the 32-bit ones?

only download, no actual cd/dvds ?

Above someone stated "You can continue to use the software even after your subscription ends after a year."

Are you sure this is true. It used to be that legally I had access to the software only while I was a yearly member.
Obviously with a new software always coming out this made sense to be a member of.

Does anyone know if Windows Home Server is included within this subscription package?

Look at this FAQ for details. FAQ LINK

You will have access to the software only during your subscription period - means access to download. You can download the ISOs and burn them on the CDs/DVDs and use them anytime.

Product Keys and Activation

* How do I get a product key?

Retail product keys are available from TechNet Subscriber Downloads.

* Go to http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/manage/ and sign in to the Passport network. If this is your first time signing in, you must then complete the registration process using your subscriber ID or benefit access number, name, and email address information on file. If you did not provide an email address when you activated your subscription, please contact your local TechNet Subscriber Support.
* After signing in, follow the link to Subscriber Downloads and Product Keys.
* In TechNet Subscriber Downloads, click the Product Keys link in the menu bar.

TechNet Subscription product keys can be used to activate software on up to 10 machines.
* What if I reinstall software frequently, do I need to activate the software each time?

We understand that TechNet subscribers have unique needs, so we have included special activation privileges for TechNet subscribers.

* TechNet Subscription product keys can be used to activate up to 10 machines.
* Although you must go through the activation process each time you reinstall on the same PC, your total number of activations will NOT be decremented.

Trying to purchase but Microsoft's website is dog slow......

BTW this is way better deal than the Microsoft Action Pack for $299....

Does anyone have a link to the full software list you can get with TechNet?

This is a good deal for those IT consultants.

FYI, if U're an IT admin for a school.
Check to see if ur school is MS Academic Alliance.
U will not believe what price (YMMV) U will get

How is it better?

$50 more gets you the physical media for the software with 10 licenses for most of them. Is there something better in Technet?

$50 more without any coupons? Is there $100 coupon for Action Pack to make it $299?
