Not sure where you are seeing that is the 2-disk special edition, it's just the normal WS edition. The 2disker is 22.99.. (the third one listed on the link you gave.)
Thanks, OP! It was just as you said... $14.99 plus free bonus disk. The bonus disk does not appear to be in same package as Pirates, but comes separately in package with BestBuy logo. "Now when you pick up this wild voyage on DVD or Blu-ray Disc, you can get a free bonus disc with behind-the-scenes material and movie premiere footage. It's nearly 45 minutes of excitement!" Can't tell if this is the same as the one you would get in the 2-DVD version.

Also just received a "Mystery Coupon" from BB in the mail yesterday. Worth at least $5 off $5 purchase and maybe more (they will scan and tell you). Will take it in to BB when I pick this DVD up and try to get them to take it off this order!
The movie was boring and convoluted - just buy the original or second one

I know this is a different new movie, but Superbad is at Best Buy as well with a free T-Shirt for 16.99. I couldn't pass up on the shirt

I third this. If you liked the other two and assume this is as good, you will be wrong. Rent it instead.
Ditto. This is really not a hot price for the movie.. you just get a bonus disk that they sell for $5. If it was the 2 disk special edition like OP originally said, it would have been super hot!
