This deal's a no go because the 12% off coupon is only valid for the "regular" item price, not the pricematched price. I tried to do it in store and it didn't work.

This TV was $1599 at Fry's last month. I was able to do a price match at Sears for $1599 - $60 (110% PM Guarantee) = $1539 + Tax. You may still be able to get the pricematch at Sears depending on your manager.
