Update: I was at Wal-Mart yesterday and saw they had marked down all of the Christmas special items including this holiday special drill which is now $25 at my local Wal-Mart! There was also alot of other nice toolkits and tool odds and ends that were set up on display at aisle end caps for Christmas that had markdowns. To add to this, I also saw a Coleman 19.2v Cordless Drill at Big Lots for $30 as well as a Pro Source brand 19.2v Right Angle Drill for $40. So this is prolly the best deal I have seen for a name brand Cordless Drill. I was at Wal-Mart the other day and saw they have a Black and Decker 18volt Cordless Drill/Driver for $30! The tag on the shelf calls it a Holiday Drill which I am guessing that it's a Holiday special. I did a bit of searching and didn't find any posts about this drill, so apologies in advance if this is a repost! The model number on the box is PS180WD, model number on the drill itself is PS1800, and the model number on the battery pack is HPB18 which runs $30 alone at Sears.com. SKU is 885911036023. It's not as beefy looking as some of their other 18volt Drills, but for $30 you can't go wrong. Specs include a "Speed" of 425/850 RPM's, and a "Capacity" of 3/8" Steel and 1/2" Wood. A Variable Speed Reverse, 8 Position Clutch, and Keyless Chuck. Comes with Drill, Battery, AC Charger, and a Double Ended Tip (Screwdriver/Phillips bit) and has a 2-year Warranty. |
