gosh, i'm glad i wasn't too greedy and only placed one order. Was going to place a 2nd one after i receive the cards, but it looks like the promo is over. But still, i should have ordered $2500 instead of $1000.

Not yet, Iam getting a bad feeling about this.

There was absolutely nothing that indicated that these Supercertificates
would not be valid on "half" the gift cards that they sell.

No where does it state any limitation on these, not in the email,

This is false advertising and fraud.

I have print outs of everything and will pursue this until I can redeem my cert.
for whatever I want, I won't even take a refund. They will honor their cert. or be sued.

I ordered $1000 SuperCertificate for $854.95 with the 15% off code on 12/23. Then ordered $1100 in GC's with 10% off code on 12/26. My total was $1100 - $110 + $5 (shipping) + 11 (product fee) = $1006

So $1100 in GC's for $854.95 + $6 - $40 Cash Back on SC order - $44 Cash Back on GC order = $776.95. In all, over 29% saving. Already received my gc's so I'm happy!

As i reported earlier, i got my cards, and CashBack on the supercertificate order.

Absolutely the compay is run by cheaters. I ordered Wired supercertificates with 10% coupon and got into the following problems:

1. Wrong items. They sent me the ordinary super certificates which cannot be used to redeem for Amazon. (Wired specialty super certificates can)
2. Overcharge my credit cards. They charged me full amount without coupon discount for my two orders. Fine if they do not allow using coupon, then just cancel it and they do not have the right to charge me more than I agreed to.

I emailed them twice and after several days, not response at all. I called them during work hour but waited one hour and could not get a person to answer my phone.

Conclusion: this is a fraud. I will try to contact them again, but it seems there is no way I can get hold of them. May have to report fraud to BBB and dispute with my credit card company.

I got a phone call that orders redeeming supercertificates cannot use 10% coupon. If there is a credit card, it will be charged for the difference. If the ordered amount is less than the supercert, ie there is no credit card, the order will be canceled and balance refunded to the supercertificates.

Supercerts can be used for any of the 230 merchants EXCEPT Amazon/HD/CC/Lowes/BB/... These gift cards can only be bought with a credit card.

No exceptions are possible and supercertificates once purchased are non-refundable.

When did it happened?
I made a order with 10% coupon, more then 10 days ago, and finially get a shipping confirmation email. it says my order is on the way, but no tracking number. is your order get cancelled after received shipping confirmation? my SC only get chargeed after i received the email, you said "balance refunded to the supercertificates", which mean your order is cancelled after the shipping confirmation.
