Can you PM to another store, then apply coupons to this price? Or is it coupons first, then they adjust basedon PM? And if I were to combine a camera + printer, where rebates made the printer free, will the 12% coupon affect my rebates? I'm looking at Canon SD850 IS ($300) + Canon Pixma MP210 ($70) - $20 MP210 rebate - $50 Combo rebate - 12% coupon. I'd like to PM the camera if possible too with a CC or other printout. Thanks! |

Thanks! no, the 12% coupon will not affect your rebate on a combo camera/printer deal other than putting more $$ in your pocket. Just be sure if doing it at Staples, there is a specific bundle deal on the camera/printer deal you want. Epson for instance, will not accept rebate submissions made at Staples. The printer/camera bundle has to be listed at stapleseasyrebates.com EDIT 1: YMMV on doing a PM and using the 12% at Staples. They may not let you get both deals.

Anyone know how to get Staples coupons? I tried register a few account but never get any coupon. It would be very sweet to get coupon stacked with this offer.
Anyone have some spare one expiring and not using it can PM me as well. Thanks! |

Does the 12 percent off coupon impact in anyway a rebate? Do they try to screw ya like CC?

Do they try to screw ya like CC?Not unless the rebate says "up to $n.nn" as they sometimes do with Bic pen rebates. But for most thing it does not affect the rebate. And CC would not reject a rebate for 12% off either. When they have minimum prices they are typically 20% below the selling price. It's only when you do a large PM that you will have an issue there. |

Do they not have a problem with people printing these 12% coupons out? It's not something that I had to have received in the mail to make it work, is it? I had a bad experience with a home depot coupon once that has me gun-shy for all this again. if I do print it out, any size guidelines, or does it even matter if it's in color? Sorry I know these are stupid noob questions, That coupon just looks a little "generic" to me, and i was wondeirng if they'll be checking for originals or if they care that it's a printout. |

Why would you think there is a problem with it? And wouldn't you think that this would have been mentioned already if it was an issue? It's not like this is the first time they've offered this |

It's not like this is the first time they've offered this Well the website it's being hosted on looks like it is for contract customers which was one of the things that concerned me. I'm going to give it a shot, but like i said before, I'm still a little gun-shy still from my home depot debacle. But if it's something that's problem free, i'll definitely give it a shot. I also picked up a $126 Staples gift card from swapagift.com for $111 bucks that I'll use toward this monitor (woops I forgot which thread I was posting in...I was refering to the acer 24" that starts on sunday), so that will knock another $15 off the total. That'll help pay for some of the tax anyway... |

Saddly they don't have many on sale items this coming week. They jacked up prices on some like the Samsung laser ML-2510. It was 120 - 70ER, now 120 - 60ER. Some chairs are $10 more too. |

I was thinking about going for the Acer 24" widescreen monitor with the 12% coupon and my giftcard I purchased. Seems like a decent deal when you can stack a coupon and discounted gift card on top of it. |

It's not like this is the first time they've offered this As a matter of fact, from some further reading, there are several cases where the store manager has disallowed this 12% coupon in the past. It was mentioned already but not at fatwallet, so before giving me red for my question, which, as it turns out, was valid, make sure you know what you're talking about. It looks like MOST of the time it works fine, but since this coupon is meant for big companies that have contract accounts, sometimes if a manager has to get involved (i.e. if the cashier doesn't know how to key it in) sometimes the manager will not let you use the coupon. |

Cashier had to get the manager to come over and do a manual price override, the manager asked what company i worked for, so i told her and she went ahead and manually calculated a 12% discount and put it in as a manual override. Wasn't too hard, but they did ask where i worked before giving the greenlight on the coupon. |
