I went there a couple of years ago with my work-about 5 of us. This was on graveyard shift and we got off early-3am. Not too many people in there, but I ordered the AYCE pancakes. I was the LAST to get my order and it was 3 small pancakes. I asked for more-it took another 20 minutes to get those. I said to myself that was the last time I order that. $6+ for 6 pancakes...NOT SO GOOD DEAL |

I have to agree that this isn't so great a deal. Buy a box of pancake mix for $1.99 and you can make yourself so many pancakes out of that one box you'll explode. One of the easiest foods to make at home and they taste great. |

I had this yesterday, and it was a good deal IMHO. Got bacon, eggs, hashbrowns and 3 pankcakes to start with ($4.99). Only made it half way through my second plate of pancakes though. |

free pancakes on 2/12 About National Pancake Day February 12, 2008 Known also as Fat Tuesday or Mardi Gras, National Pancake Day dates back several centuries to when the English prepped for fasting during Lent. Strict rules prohibited the eating of all dairy products during Lent, so pancakes were made to use up the supply of eggs, milk, butter and other dairy products…hence the name Pancake Tuesday, or Shrove Tuesday. In 2008, Fat Tuesday falls on February 5, which also happens to be Super Tuesday, on which a record number of states will hold their Presidential primaries. In the interest of embracing the democratic process, IHOP has postponed its celebration of National Pancake Day by one week, and will give away free pancakes on February 12. Since beginning its National Pancake Day celebration in 2006, IHOP has raised nearly one million dollars to support charities in the communities in which it operates. With your help, we hope to raise $750,000 for Children’s Miracle Network in 2008! |
