I do an annual order from Oriental Trading for Chinese New Year (February 7, this year) for my daughter's classroom, and for our adopted Chinese children support group, and the shipping is usually the killer.
This made my limited budget stretch much further.

It worked for me. If you cut and paste the key code, make sure there are no blank spaces at the end. It didn't work at first when I pasted the code in, but I deleted the space and it went through. I didn't create an account.
Thanks OP. I ordered several of their foam ornament kits for my students in future years. Many of the kits were marked down from $6 to about a dollar for 12 ornaments -- hard to beat that. Those foam craft kits are perfect classroom party activities. No muss, no fuss.
I love OTC, but those jacked up prices suck. I think it is better to wait or order with the free with $40.00, they have taken the imprinting portions of site off online ordering. I really needed some more wallet calendars. good post though TM1, this is good for that 1 or 2 item "must haves". the caps are like $7.00 more per dozen than normal, so I imagine on many items even if they claim it is free ship, it's not.

I tried it many times today with different a/c, different browsers, different Cash Back sites... Still no luck to use the code.

Yeah! Thanks guys... Initially I was bummed I missed the free shipping, then I remembered I needed Valentine stuff anyway and made it just over $40 for free shipping with the second code!
