"The Best Buy For Business Reward ZoneŽ program membership is available to U.S. business persons at least 13 years of age. This program lets you earn points toward reward certificates, which are coupons for discounts off future in-store or BestBuy.com purchases. Points will not be earned for the following: instant and mail-in rebates, Best Buy Gift Card purchases, purchases paid by reward certificate, sales tax, state fees, shipping charges, delivery charges, restocking fees and certain items that are excluded in particular promotions. Full program rules available at MyRewardZone.com/business or in our stores."
This doesn't necessarily mean that you have to have a business in order to sign up, there's probably just a 'business name' field where you can enter anything. This also doesn't mean that even though the coupons specify BBB (best buy biz) that a cashier won't accept the coupon with a regular RZ card, and/or the system won't allow it... but the coupon specifically says "scan best buy biz reward zone card". YMMV.
EDIT: and you can forget about using the free ship coupon, it's only for BBFB.com which carries the very high end specialty products (network printers, high end camcorders, etc.). Though there may be some things on there the average joe schmoe planned on buying, you've probably got to sign up for a BBB account. Not to imply that there aren't plenty of business owners searching FW regulary and some may already have an account, this is just not for the FW majority.

You can only use one coupon at a time. Or, has anyone had Best Buy let them use two or more coupons?????
