went to the bestbuy in allen park, MI with all the info, the women at customer service said she would need more info to look it up.. i gave her the Product Name, SKU & Model ##. Then I went over to the computer and asked the gs douche too look up something for me. he looked at the sku and asked who made the product, i told him samsung and he said bb isnt a vendor for samsung products. lamo

My BB CSR was funny. I asked for it and he said that I should buy the Open Box, it was $250 off!!!!!! But that made it $600 odd dollars. I just said I wanted the new one for $380ish.

Sounds like I was one of the few lucky ones...I scored 3 (San Bernardino and Murrietta, CA locations). Last I checked, there were still 2 at the Temecula, CA location.

and yes, I have no life...

In for 1 in DFW. As I walked in the rep was taking down th display model. They were really surprised at the price. I did make the 1 BIG NONO, and I called to verify inventory. I politely asked the rep to visually verify that they had one. He held it for me and I rushed to get there from work. As I walk in, I see him taking down the floor model. They didn't seem real excited I was buying it and him and another co worker were mumbling about th display model.....I wasnt even offered it.

Anyways, for the price you cant beat it. Ill post my review later tonight and Ill see what thi puppy can do!

Yes I have 2GB in mine. And XP runs better than Vista, but you will want XP tablet version.

That doesn't mean a thing. The little Sonys originally came with XP but since then they are Vista only. Sony doesn't give out the XP drivers. No drivers, no XP.

Congrats to whomever bought the two from the Montclair, CA store. You saved me a trip to an area outside of Los Angeles that is otherwise pretty useless.

It seems like this was a niche item that not a lot of stores carried. Only the stores outside of Los Angeles seemed to initially have them.
